Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is a reviewer who takes on Z-grade movies generally that are in the horror or martial arts genre, which is roughly comparable like The Cinema Snob but tending towards action-oriented dumb films and an obsession with these films. Her first review was around the middle of 2009, after she was popular in their forum. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa) She was then invited to be part of the Channel Awesome team. The channel remained participant on the website through January of 2015, after which Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed into Movie Nights. She has two podcasts co-hosted and also covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
